The Vegas is used by Los Carnales, comes after you when you have a 4 star Los Carnales Notoriety, and seats 2 people.
The Vegas is like the Cavallaro: fast, with lots of torque and good handling though oversteer can be dramatic sometimes. Damage resistance is slightly poorer than the Cavallaro as it is easily destroyed by 5 to 6 moderate-to-hard accidents, but it makes up for being able to soak up bullets and keep going.
