I finally have the Pimp Slap in SR2 on xbox 360, offline, without cheats.

It turns out that game-save editors are really easy to use. Unfortunately, the creator of the editor was very short sighted, and the only weapons available are weapons that you can use Cheats to get. Meaning the detonator, et al, are not available.

And the source code for the editor isn't available either.
