This pack was released on August 14, 2012, and once installed, automatically unlocks all mission choice-related unlockables, regardless of the mission choice.
As with all DLC, the content of this pack is unlocked after completion of We're Going to Need Guns. If this DLC is unlocked before playing missions which contain choices, nothing will be unlocked when those missions are played.

TriviaEdit
- This pack is included on the retail disc, therefore everyone who bought Saints Row: The Third already has this content, but cannot access it. The only way to access this content is use a cracked exe.
- Once unlocked with a cracked exe, the unlockables will remain available after reloading the game with the original exe. This is because the items are available in the base game, and are not added to the game by the DLC.
- The STAG VTOL is unlocked instead of the STAG Tank V2, which is a mission choice in the mission My Name is Cyrus Temple.
- The PS3 Version all of the rewards from My Name is Cyrus Temple are properly unlocked including the STAG Tank V2. The STAG White F-69 VTOL is still also unlocked, although it is not a mission choice.
- Homie Slot 1 is silently unlocked even though it is normally unlocked after We're Going to Need Guns.
- Very rarely Burt Reynolds doesn't unlock, but the SWAT backup does.
- The STAG City Takeover works the same as it does if chosen after STAG Party.
- The City Takeover selection map is automatically displayed several seconds after the unlockables screens have been shown.
- It is not possible to avoid or exit the City Takeover selection map without taking over a neighborhood.
- It is not possible to take over the Sierra Point neighborhood using the STAG City Takeover.
- It is possible to choose a neighborhood which is already under the control of the Saints, which effectively bypasses using STAG City Takeover because nothing is changed, but this does not help when starting a new game.
- The neighborhood with fewest regions is Arapice Island, which is made up of three sections, has no gang operations, and is therefore the optimal choice to lose the least gameplay.
