  That's completely irrelevant as to why the category was deleted. Keep up. User452 has already linked to Category talk:Deceased characters for a good list of reasons for deletion. See also Saints Row Wiki:Manual of Style#Tense; the wiki isn't set in a specific time frame in the Saints Row universe, so having a deceased category is misleading (Julius Little isn't a deceased character in the first Saints Row, for example).
