- Taxis are commonly and easily found all over Stilwater and Steelport. In Saints Row, it is wanted by the Chop Shop in the Docks & Warehouses District. In Saints Row 2, it is wanted by the Chop Shop in the Downtown District.
- When entering a Taxi, a message appears on-screen to press the Action button to begin a Diversion called Taxi Driver. Completing this diversion unlocks, a special variant "Super Taxi" is in your garage. This variant can be customized at the Mechanic and has unique bodykits, Saint logos, and a unique License Plate which says "You Win"

- Taxis are commonly found driving around on streets, or you can call a taxi company in Saints Row & Saints Row 2.

- After calling a Taxi, the Taxi Service will take you to any known location marker on the map. To steal a Taxi you have called, you must kill the driver before entering the vehicle.
- Due to the absence of a Taxi service In Saints Row: The Third, one must be found parked or driving around.
- Taxis are commonly found around the Airport district driving around and parked next to the building, this area is also one of the greatest spots to start a taxt diversion because of the easy to memorize road system.
