Combat Trick Nut Shot

The effects of a "Nutshot"

Overview[]

Saints Row 2[]

Combat Tricks are not required for 100% Completion, but some have achievements and other unlockables associated with them.

All of these "Tricks" use Diversion stars, and each have a counter with the diversions menu, as well as a sub-page with Statistics showing the number of times each Trick has been performed and the amount of Respect earned.

The AR-50 XMAC Special is unlocked in the Weapons Cache for performing "All Combat Tricks", specifically, only one star is needed in each, plus 3 Gold Stars in Gang Kills.

Saints Row: The Third onward[]

Combat Tricks are again not required for 100% Completion.

These Tricks are tracked in a similar way as Saints Row 2, except these games use small black circles that fill up after performing certain trick. They have three tiers: 2X, 3X and MAX. After reaching MAX, the maximum amount of Respect is awarded.

Every Combat Trick has "maximum lifetime Respect"[1]: after getting certain amount of Respect for particular Combat Trick, it starts rewarding Cash instead of Respect.
