"Takeover the City" is the sixth mission in Saints Row: The Third.[1]

Pierce thinks it's time to start taking over Steelport. So he and The Protagonist go out to buy some property from the Morningstar using the ownership deeds they found in the lockbox to make it seem like an ordinary business transaction.
After buying some real estate Pierce has a small private matter to attend to. He wants to get a collectible sex doll that's hidden in an alleyway. The Protagonist comments that he finds it a very weird hobby.
After finding his new toy, Pierce says it's time to go after 2 of the Morningstar gang operations to gain some ground in Steelport and hurt the Morningstar in the progress. But after killing a few dozen Morningstar gang members The Protagonist and Pierce are being chased by the Morningstar so they decide to head back to the Friendly Fire they now own to let their boys take care of their heat.
Trivia Edit
- Pierce reveals he collects Sex Dolls.
- Players must complete one instance of Guardian Angel and Trafficking with Pierce before beginning this mission.
- Purchasing both Properties can be done before playing this mission, but the Gang Operations only appear in this mission.
- Although this mission introduces Property Ownership, and explains it is possible because they already hold the deeds, all Properties can be purchased before obtaining the deeds.
