Store Ownership and Property Ownership are Diversions in Saints Row 2 and Saints Row: The Third.

Saints Row 2Edit

In Saints Row 2, after a neighborhood is controlled, Stores in that neighborhood can be purchased. Owning a Store grants a discount at that store, and a payout each day, as well as multiple Saints members being positioned outside of the Store at all times.

There are 90 Stores which can be owned. Stores in the Saints Row District can not be purchased, as those neighborhoods can never be reclaimed from Ultor.

Store Ownership does not count towards 100% Completion.

There is a 10% discount for owning a store, with a 20% discount for owning all stores in the chain. It is not possible to get a 20% discount at Stores with locations in the Saints Row District.

Leather & Lace and Let's Pretend cost $10000 and give $1000 Income.
Image as Designed, Nobody Loves Me, Planet Saints, Rusty's Needle, Friendly Fire and Rim Jobs cost $5000 each and give an income of $500 each.
There is a 10% discount for owning a store, with a 20% discount for owning all stores in the chain, except for Friendly Fire where the discount is half as much.
