This garbage truck seats 2 and has garbage bags in back of the truck.
You can enter the back of the truck by getting another car, jumping on the roof of the other car, and then jump onto the trucks roof.

In Saints Row, the Stilwater Municipal cannot be modified or stored in the Garage.
