The Stiletto is a 2-door car with average performance.
The Sons of Samedi and the Vice Kings use customised versions of this vehicle. The first at a 3 star Sons of Samedi Notoriety, and the second at a 4 star Vice Kings notoriety. This is the only vehicle that has been used as a standard gang car in both games, and no Chop Shop is looking for this vehicle in either game.
In Saints Row, when you finish the Vice Kings area Chop Shop, a unique Stiletto is unlocked in your Garage.
