- The Sledgehammer has the same weight, animations and statistics of the Baseball Bat. Despite it's brutality, it isn't a much used weapon in the game, as many players tend to go for more lethal weaponry.
- It is the melee weapon of choice of The Brotherhood members, and becomes available to buy at Brass Knuckles after taking over 5 neighborhoods.

- The Sledgehammer is about the same shape and size as a 10LB Sledgehammer.
