A Save Point is a floating icon in Saints Row.
Saving a game in Saints Row can either be done using an in-world Save Point icon, or using the menu. Save points are found in Cribs, the Saints Row Church, and at the location of each former enemy Stronghold which has been taken over.
When loading a saved game, The Protagonist spawns at the Save Point last used. If saved via the pause menu, The Protagonist spawns at the closest Save Point to where the game was saved.
Before completing the first mission, there is a Save Point in the Saints Row Church. When the game is saved and reloaded, The Protagonist spawns at this Save Point, as it is the only one available.
In Saints Row, there are 24 save slots per storage device, with no autosave.
In Saints Row 2, there are 23 save slots per storage device, with 1 autosave slot.
In Saints Row: The Third, there are 23 save slots per storage device, with 1 autosave slot.
In Saints Row IV, there are 23 save slots per storage device, with 1 autosave slot.
- Save Points to do not appear in subsequent games in the Saints Row series, and game-saving is performed only through the menu.
