Samson is a car mechanic and demolitions expert. He is an ally of the 3rd Street Saints, but it is unknown if he is a member. He has a garage in the Mission Beach neighborhood of the Saint's Row District.
He is never seen in Saints Row, although he is mentioned during missions; notably in "Stacking the Deck", "Samson's Surprise", "...To Kingdom Come" and "Possession with Intent". In the latter two missions, he is heard to say, "Alright man, you ain't got a lot of time, so hurry. One more thing. That shit in your car ain't exactly stable. I wouldn't hit anything if I were you."
In Saints Row 2, he appears in a cutscene with Shaundi prior to the mission "File in the Cake". He is bringing a bomb for the mission, but he trips and drops it, starting the timer.
"Don't worry about it, I know how you're gonna break in. Samson, get over here!" "Hey Shaundi, I rigged up that bomb you wa-" "Um...you should probably hurry..."
