Samantha is a stripper, and is almost nude except for red star pasties covering her nipples, white lacey G-string panties, white lacey fishnet stockings and transparent stiletto pump heels.
She is unlocked as a homie once you complete the Escort activity in the Red Light District. When she is called as a homie, she wields a K6 Krukov assault rifle. Sam will always arrive in a rusty, normal, or a customized Stiletto.
Samantha is a student[2] and is also a gymnast[3]. She also like to mug people by lifting their wallets while giving lap dances.[reference?]

- Sams choice of car may be a reference to the fact she wears Stilettos.
- There is a bug in the game affecting Sam. Sam can wear other outfits other than the default, which is most apparent when she is first called as a homie. However, if she's wearing anything except her default outfit, she will not be able to take her gun out. Reloading the game will reset her outfit back to her default, and then she will be able to take out her weapon. When she is not wearing her default outfit, her homie icon is that of the Saint's asian female homie, and she talks and acts like a normal escort stripper.
- As with other homies, if you are on a mission and you fail, her K6 may get replaced by a baseball bat instead.
