To start up in the new town and to harm the Morningstar in the progress, Pierce suggests that they take over a Morningstar penthouse.

The Protagonist starts out in a helicopter to jump down to the penthouse. From there The Protagonist has to find a Morningstar lieutenant to get the code to the elevator. The rest of the Saints are waiting down in the building until the elevator is activated. After The Protagonist activates the elevator the Saints clear out the penthouse.

Shaundi hears that the penthouse is rigged to blow so she sends The Protagonist after a Morningstar lieutenant to make him tell what wire to cut to disarm the bomb.

Completing this mission unlocks the Achievement/Trophy "Opulence, You Has It".

Trivia Edit

This mission contains many references to the CG "Power" E3 2011 debut trailer.^[2]
- It is said^{[by who?]} that the penthouse which you take over in this mission is the same penthouse from the E3 2011 debut trailer.
The song that plays during this mission is Kanye West's "Power". It can also be heard on 95.4 KRhyme FM.
The Protagonist can dive-bomb straight from the helicopter to the pool and live to continue the mission.
- If The Protagonist falls past the rooftop, before or after landing on it, a mission failure will be triggered, with the message "You left the party".
Players cannot kill either lieutenant until they have grabbed them and the dialogue has played out. The first one doesn't have a weapon, so when alert is raised, he will attack the player by constantly punching him/her.
- The first lieutenant can be knocked off the building with a weapon after leading him onto the helipad. This will leave the mission in an unwinnable state, but will not trigger a mission failure.
- It is not possible to leave the lieutenants alive after grabbing them. It is possible to trigger a non-lethal release of a Human Shield by falling a short distance, such as half-way up the stairs. After the lieutenant stands up, he will immediately die.
The code for the freight elevator, 3131, is the same code for the elevator to Benjamin King's penthouse in the mission "All the King's Men" in Saints Row.^[3]. The choice of code is likely related to Kinzie's "31 theory", which she mentions in her Homie conversation with Josh Birk.
Players can get easy respect by throwing Syndicate members off the building.
The warehouse the second lieutenant hides in is Kinzie's Warehouse which suggests it was used by the Morningstar before she was rescued by The Protagonist.
The cutting of the red wire is a reference to depictions of disarming a bomb in popular media.
