The Kaneda is a vehicle in Saints Row 2, Saints Row: The Third and Saints Row IV.

Overview[]

The Kaneda is a high performance motorbike. It is introduced in Saints Row 2 as a prototype. It has an automatic belt driven clutch and no gears.

Saints Row 2[]

The Kaneda comes in sleek silver with Ronin dragon decals and a glow-in-the-dark trim finish. It is the best performing bike in the game and only one land vehicle, the Attrazione, can match its speed.

The Kaneda is used by Shogo Akuji, and can be obtained during the mission "Rest in Peace" if Shogo slows down. The bike is unlocked in the Garage after completing the mission "One Man's Junk...", so stealing it from Shogo is not essential.

Saints Row: The Third[]

The Kaneda is a common vehicle without special decals and can be freely modified. Kanedas can be hijacked from civilians on the streets of Steelport and one is parked inside an open container on the south side of Wesley Cutter Intl.

The bike is also no longer the single best performing one. Instead it shares first place with the bikes that are based on it; The X-2 Phantom, Bloody Cannoness, and Angry Tiger.

Saints Row IV[]

In Saints Row IV, the Kaneda is also a common vehicle. It is driven by Playa wearing a Sim Suit in the Announce Teaser.[2]

There is a Ronin yellow variant with the gang's logo, although it's a bit different than Saints Row 2 version, where it is used by The Ronin clones in Virtual Steelport, while the simulation is being flooded by Zinyak with gangs from the past.[3]

Obtaining[]

Saints Row 2[]

  • The Kaneda is unlocked after defeating The Ronin.[4]
  • It can also be obtained during "Rest in Peace" by stopping Shogo, stealing the bike and cancelling the mission.

Saints Row: The Third[]

Saints Row IV[]
