The Gyro Daddy is a vehicle in Saints Row 2.

Description Edit

The Gyro Daddy is a small 2-seat helicopter. It's 2nd rotor is placed directly behind the cockpit and in front of the steering flaps. This setup eliminates the need for a long tail, just like with real autogyros.

Unlike it's real-life counterparts, the Gyro Daddy does not have side body pieces that protect the pilot and prevent him from falling out.

The Gyro Daddy is easy to control, is fast, and good for darting between buildings and getting into small spaces. However, it has the slowest ascension speed of any helicopter, and loses altitude very quickly while heading forward, requiring frequent stops and ascentions, making it less than ideal for lengthy flights.

Obtaining Edit

The Gyro Daddy can be obtained by entering the code #4976 (#GYRO) into your Cellphone. Once you input the code, the Gyro Daddy is added to your helipad Garage. This is not considered a cheat and will have no effect on achievements. Because this vehicles is not considered an unlockable vehicle, it takes up a space in your 64-vehicle garage.

Trivia Edit

• When landing too fast, the Gyro Daddy tend to tilt backwards on impact with the ground, potentially getting the player into trouble.
• The Gyro Daddy explodes with one hit from a missile.
