Run by the Church of Philosotology, they will allow the player to remove all police and gang Notoriety for a certain price (usually $100 per Notoriety level), no matter how much notoriety the player has attained. They function the same in both games, and in Saints Row 2, unlike other stores, cannot be bought out when the player owns a neighborhood.

Trivia Edit

• After leaving, one of several lines is played. Most of these mock Scientology, referring to "pheton levels" and "philosotology". ("Philocytology" would be, incidentally, a proper scientific name for a science (in Latin 'logos', hence -logy) dealing with cells ('cyti' - -cyto-) of plants ('Phyllae' - Phyllo- or in anglicized form Philo-).
