There are 32 Weapons in Saints Row: The Third.

  • 26 are new
  • 6 weapons return from Saints Row 2
  • 6 are melee weapons, 5 of those are new
  • 5 cannot be stored in the Weapons Cache
  • There are also 9 DLC weapons which require additional payment to unlock.

Saints Row: The Third is the first game in the series to have additional weapons available via paid DLC.

Thrown Weapons

Known as 'off-hand' weapons in promotional material, Thrown weapons are no longer a category in the Radial weapon menu, they now replace Food and can be immediately used with a dedicated Throw button.

Temporary Weapons[]

Main article: Temporary Weapons.

Temporary Weapons replace Improvised Weapons. They have a limited number of uses and are not added to the inventory or Weapons Cache.
