The Lightning is added to the Garage upon downloading the Corporate Warfare downloadable content pack for Saints Row 2. It is a unique vehicle and cannot be customized at the Mechanic.

This vehicle is in the 50s Steelport.[1][2] It can be obtained, and saved to the Garage while rescuing Kinzie.[2]
It is a unique vehicle, but it can be customized using the Vehicle Customization glitch.
