Hangman's Wharf is a neighborhood in the Stilwater Prison District of Stilwater.
Overview[]
This neighborhood takes up the lower portion of the Stilwater Prison District, to the north is the Stilwater Penitentiary neighborhood. Across the ocean to the southeast is Pleasant View in the Arena District.
As the name implies, this area is a wharf. It contains the warden's house and no Stores. The neighborhood is controlled by Police and cannot be taken over by the Saints.
Playa and Carlos break through a police cordon at the docks and steal a prison Convict boat.[2]
