(If Oleg is called as a homie, he shows up being driven in the back of a Saints purple Criminal. The Syndicate use their variants of Criminal to deliver Brutes at 4-5 units of gang Notoriety) The design of this vehicle is typically influenced by American design styles, the Criminal has flared arching and a high ride height to highlight its orientation as an off-road vehicle. The Criminal however does have Japanese elements in its design, such as the headlights, front grille and rear lights, these areas of the vehicle give it a more sporty appearance.
The Criminal is utilised by almost all the gangs. The Luchador variant featuring a black body with green load cover and hood.[Reference needed] The Deckers also utilise the Criminal, having their variant with a neon blue hood and load cover, as well as thicker tires and smaller wheels.[Reference needed] The Morningstar variant is similar to the other two gangs, in terms of paint scheme, the hood, load cover and side skirts are red on the Morningstar variant. In Genkibowl VII, After completing both instances of Sexy Kitten Yarngasm, the Sexy Kitten variation of the Criminal is unlocked, which is similar to the Luchadores, Deckers, and Morningstar variants except it has a hot-pink paintjob and Professor Genki's head replacing the star on top. The Trouble With Clones DLC introduces a variant of the Criminal named Torbitron with a horn mounted to it, the horn not doing anything other than being decoration.
