- The Betsy XL is unlocked after completion of all vehicular mayhem activities, with all silver medals.
- Despite being marked as non-customizable, it has a large quantity of modifications available, which are accessible by using the Vehicle Customization glitch.
- It is also possible to obtain a customizable version in Pierce's Loyalty mission. When you are tasked with destroying the monster trucks, simply drop one into the water with telekinesis and take it back out, you will now be able to enter it and save it to your garage.
