Overview

This abandoned office building is used by Jane Valderamma to interview Killbane.

The only usable entrance is via the roof, and the only accessible area is the top floor. The interior contains an elevator, a bunch of construction materials and Jane's interview area.

Trivia

• Although there is an elevator, it cannot be used to travel between floors.
• In Saints Row IV, there is a completely different tall building in the same location.^{[Reference needed]}
• The base of the building is illuminated with pink Syndicate lights.
