Description

- The Ethel seats 4 people, and can be found all around Stilwater, but mainly in poorer areas. The overall speed and handling are poor, definitely not a choice to outrun police or street race.
- A blacked-out version is unlocked after completing the Escort activity. However, this unlocked vehicle is not unique and can be modified normally.
