Espina is the neighborhood that makes up the southern and western edge of the New Colvin District. Mainly residential, but has some commercial businesses, and a small factory area on it's western edge, somewhat like its neighboring area of Rosen Oaks, which is almost all residential with a small amount of commercial businesses.

It is the location of Zimos' Pad, where The Protagonist can do Escort, and Snatch activities.
In addition to a Rusty's Needle in the southwest and Zimos' Pad in the south, there is also a Gang Operation to the northeast and an Escort to the west. In this operation there are 10 members that must be eliminated. There is also a Survival mission about 30 meters west of Zimos' Pad.
Jimmy Torbitson's house is located in Espina's southern cul de sac.
The abandoned office building where Jane Valderamma interviews Killbane is located along the eastern shore.[1]
