- The Compton is a low-rider style 2 door car which can seat 4 people with the roof removed. It can be found driving around areas such as Shivington and the Red Light District, and modified versions are often driven by pimps. The Vice Kings also use this vehicle as one of their gang cars, and they come after you when you have a 3 star Vice Kings Notoriety.
- In Saints Row, it is wanted by the Chop Shop in the Docks & Warehouses District. In Saints Row 2, it is wanted by the Chop Shop in the Suburbs District.

- The Cheat Code for this vehicle in Saints Row 2 is #1052.
- It looks similar to a 1964 Chevrolet Impala, but the Compton doesn't have the Impala's famous 3-light tail-lights.
- The Compton gets it's name from the city of Compton in California. The rapper Eazy-E was born in Compton, and often referenced his prized '64 Chevrolet Impala, which is the vehicle the Compton is based on.
- In Saints Row 2, if you call 555-PIMP, an angry pimp will answer and tell you that he'll beat you down for annoying him on his day off. That pimp arrives with his hoe in either a dirty/modified Compton to attack.
- The Compton has two randomly spawning decals which cannot be modified at a Car Mechanic. The Standard and Beater variants will never have these decals, but the Bling and Saints variants will have a 20% chance that one of them will be present. The Saints variant is the version available as a Gang Customization vehicle.
