Description
Edit
At the Saints Hideout, Pierce expresses his annoyance over being of little help to The Protagonist. The Protagonist assures Pierce that they are used to dealing with problems themselves rather than relying on others, but after Shaundi discovers that the Sons of Samedi are now using helicopters to transport their product, suggests that they team up to destroy the helicopters.[1]
Pierce and The Protagonist successfully destroy the six helicopters across Stilwater. The General meets with Mr. Sunshine and, although he states he takes no pleasure in it, cuts Mr. Sunshine's left ear off for his failure in stopping the 3rd Street Saints. Mr. Sunshine accepts this, and The General reassures Mr. Sunshine that he still has faith in him.[2]
Story
Edit
The following text has been transcribed verbatim from the game files, and can be read in-game upon completion of the mission. To do this, simply select the mission for replay at a Newspaper Clipboard.
In a scene reminscent[sic] of something found in "Bangers on Fire", the Third Street Saints rained hellfire on Stilwater today. It's still unclear as to why the Saints assaulted several helicopters that were in the area, but it can only be presumed that they were somehow linked to the Sons of Samedi. Multiple aircraft were brought down, many in crowded streets, by gunfire from a car known to be owned by a prominent member of the Saints. Aircraft in the area has been temporarily grounded by Chief Troy Bradshaw.
Gameplay
Edit

Added by Moozipan CheeseThe player must stop all six of the Sons of Samedi's Oppressor helicopters before they reach their destinations and offload their cargo of Loa Dust. The player has in their arsenal an AR-50 XMAC with infinite ammunition - the perfect tool for destroying the helicopters. Pierce will drive around the city of Stilwater, meaning all the player has to do is concentrate on bringing down the helicopters.
After destroying the first two, the player will need to exit Pierce's Mag and get in a nearby boat. Again, Pierce will drive and the player will shoot. The boat section offers a slightly different experience; unlike the city, the river lacks any buildings or structures (aside from one bridge) for the helicopters to fly past, leaving them an open target - however, the constant waves cause the boat to bounce up and down, making it difficult to aim.
Once the player destroys another two helicopters, Pierce will dock the boat and hijack a nearby vehicle. Get inside and destroy the last two helicopters to finish the mission. Along the way, be prepared to listen to Pierce as he sings "So Sick" by Ne-Yo.

Trivia
Edit

Added by User452- Shaundi is seen playing Hacky Sack in the opening of the mission, similar to the opening of the mission "Bank Error in Your Favor".
- Pierce fails to dock the boat correctly and will often stop it a few meters away from both the dock and the shore, before suddenly warping to the dock. Exiting the boat will have the same effect on The Protagonist.
- After docking the boat, Pierce's carjacking is a scripted event; the vehicle, an Alaskan, is always driven by a female and is stationary until Pierce walks up ahead, where it will pull up in front of him and he will get in.
- The Protagonist will remark that Pierce is poor at singing and has a poor taste in music. The Protagonist makes a similar remark during the The Brotherhood mission "Thank You and Goodnight!". Despite this, by the events of Saints Row: The Third Pierce is a successful musician.
- Pierce singing Ne-Yo's "So Sick"
