Description
Edit
The Anchor seats 2 people and can be seen driving around Stilwater occasionally, and can frequently be found in the Downtown District, both driving, and parked.
These appear as part of the Escort Activity, and during the mission Appointed Defender there will be several parked at the courthouse. When Jane Valderama is called as a Homie, she will arrive in an Anchor.
It returns in Steelport also as a news van, yet also can be seen as a standard van. It's also the only commercial van since the NRG-V8 is not included in the game.
