8000 limit[]

Hello everyone. I post this thread to ask of a problem. The thing is that i own like 24 territories and 12 stores. Despite all this all the cash in stash only goes up till $8,000 not more if i wait another day and come back it just stays the same when it should be at least as much as $12,000. Any solutions? I am sure it is based off of which crib stash you are using. If you use the saints hideout, I belive there is no limit. There may also be a saving issue. Try saving more often. And also, are you taking the money out and then waiting a day? and please sign your signiture by just typing ~~~~ -Spedster777 18:04, September 12, 2010 (UTC)
I use my saints hideout and a few times the other first crib. Once when I saw it was $8,000, I took it and waited another day and it was the same $8,000. Then the other time i saw the same I waited another day without taking the cash and yet the same. I don't save often only at the end before quitting the game, usually I use the autosave.193.188.105.25 03:34, September 14, 2010 (UTC)
Nevermind. The cash is coming in much higher, all I had to was buy another crib and it went up to 22,000 in a few minutes. Thanks for your help anyway.193.188.105.25 16:07, September 14, 2010 (UTC)
It is not based off which crib you are using, it is based on the number of cribs you own. -452 20:07, December 3, 2012 (UTC)

Merit as own article[]

I don't really think that this should have an article by itself. There's only so much that can be said about the Stash, and I think it has already been said.
I think Crib Components should all be together on the Cribs page, but I will leave them separate for now.

I've changed my mind, there is now enough information on each page to merit keeping them as separate articles. -452 05:19, April 11, 2011 (UTC)

Time money appears.[]

In Saints Row 2, it looks like money earned from Stores and money earned from neighborhoods appears to 2 different times. I've finished the game, I own all hoods and stores, and I'm getting 2 lots of money
  • 7:00PM $19,900
  • 0:00AM $23,000 (midnight, but the phone says 0:00AM and not 12:00am)
I'm going to load up an old save and see if I can work out which is which. :-452 04:07, February 28, 2011 (UTC)
Earlier game earns $200 at 7pm, and $1500 at 12. I have 1 store and 3 neighborhoods, so that's the right amount. -452 04:58, February 28, 2011 (UTC)

Saints Row: The Third[]

Although the Stash is replaced by the Cash menu in the cellphone, information on "Money Earned Per Hour", and "City Income" belong on this page. Perhaps the page should be named Income, with the Stash crib component being a separate page, and income specific elements moved. --452 00:01, May 22, 2012 (UTC)

Yes, City Income should be an article, I'm currently compiling a list of info before creating that page. -452 20:08, December 3, 2012 (UTC)

Saints Row 2 limits[]

User:Tsuyara brought up an interesting point in the chat, this page is non-specific about which cribs increase the limit. There are 11 cribs. 8 interiors + 2 docks + Hangar. I suspect that the Saints Hideout doesn't add to the limit, but this needs to be confirmed. -452 (talk) 01:38, August 9, 2014 (UTC)

Experiment 1: 3 Cribs owned: Red Light Loft, Saints Hideout, University Dock - Max Stash is greater than 8000, therefore both the Hideout and the Dock count.
Perhaps it just counts the first 7 and ignores the rest?
Unfortunately, in all of my playthroughs, I've always acquired all cribs ASAP, so I don't have any old saves that are very far along but haven't bought cribs. 452 01:29, January 29, 2020 (UTC)
So I edited the game files to reduce the waiting time.
Experiment 2: 5 Cribs owned: As above, + Suburbs Dock and Airport Hangar. My Stash reached 256000 and stopped, which means those are both counted.
Experiment 3: Bought 2 of the remaining cribs. Hit 1,000,000 and stopped.
Experiment 4: Bought 1 of the remaining cribs. Hit 1,000,000 and stopped.
Conclusion: It doesn't matter which of the 11 Cribs you acquire, the max increases for the first 7, then stops at 1,000,000
And THEN I checked gameplay_constants... it has entries for Number_of_Cribs 0 to 15. 7 and above are defined as 1,000,000.
Still, good to have absolutely in-game confirmation.

Saints Row: The Third Max Transfer limits[]

It is possible that the current numbers are incorrect. They were added by an Anon on 2013-05-17, and changed by an anon today. I have reverted today's change because it is more likely that today's no-edit-summary anon is a vandal than it is that the anon in 2013 went to all the trouble of creating a table for information he wasn't even sure about. I cannot immediately find anywhere in the game files that define the transfer limit, but I will continue looking into it and verify it in-game. 452 13:16, January 28, 2020 (UTC)

Oh, the values were exactly where I thought they were. I looked in gameplay_constants.xtbl and ignored them because I thought they were the old values from SR2.
My in-game results show that the original anon had the right idea: in his game, the values were increased as he listed. However, it is an incomplete picture. After buying either one after Party Time, the limit is $30000. After buying both, it is $50000.
The crib count limits in gameplay_constants.xtbl go up to $500,000 for 10 cribs. But I have saves with higher transfer limits than that. Stronghold Crib upgrades increase Transfer Limit, but it has not been documented how much. Possibly because of how terrible the stronghold cribs are in SRTT, so no-one gives a shit.
The Unlockables file indicates that it's a %5 increase each time., so 45% in total for fully upgrading all 3, for a max of $725,000 - confirmed in-game.
