Cypher is a character in Saints Row: Money Shot.
Overview[]
Cypher is the playable character in Saints Row: Money Shot. She works for Ultor and is sent to perform three assassinations during the game. Between assassinations, Cypher trains in various training courses.
Over the course of the game, Cypher assassinates Anna, Dex, and another sniper fleeing on an Ultor Interceptor.
Cypher's Outfit, a TOGO-13, and a Ultor Interceptor are available in the Moneyshot Pack DLC, and the Outfit returns in Saints Row IV.

- Cypher's model is unused in the Saints Row: The Third files.
- Cypher's computer is the same model used by the Reaper Drone.[1]
